Math professor-turned-entrepreneur Chetan Dube has served as the President and CEO and founder of IPsoft. since its inception in 1998. Born in New Delhi, Dube grew up in Paris and London. He later came to the United States for post-graduate work, pursuing his doctorate in theoretical computer science at New York University. During his tenure, he has led the company to create a radical shift in the way IT is managed.
During his time at NYU, he began exploring artificial intelligence principles and philosophies while researching deterministic finite-state computing engines. In 1998, he left his assistant professorship at NYU to found IPsoft as a place to expand on these ideas, building software that could mimic the human brain.
Prior to joining IPsoft, Chetan served as an Assistant Professor at New York University, where his research was focused on deterministic finite-state computing engines. Chetan is a widely recognized speaker on autonomics and utility computing and serves on the board of numerous IT-related institutions.
